Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Vendor consultant / team lead for the resolution of defects in developments.
• Review & implement functional Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
• Manage various development and people, including but not limited, their mentoring, coaching, engagement, and motivation.
• Follow-up with Vendor consultants / team lead over the logged issues at ticketing application
• Provide on-site support to banks on their core banking application
• Analyze requirements for the new business requirements related to T24 Core Banking System.
• Full lifecycle application development using standard frameworks and coding standards/patterns.
• Deploy excellent customer facing skills to present and obtain buy-in from senior management.
• Responsible to prepare FSD for core banking development.
• Work collaboratively with internal / external customers for testing of complex projects requiring for the overall enhancement of operational application of software quality.
• Make sure software components according to project specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate aptitude for creativity, innovation, and learning new technologies.
• Be able to quickly assimilate contingency plans during crisis situations or major outages.
• Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies & environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly developed facilitation and business communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Should have experience in Core Banking projects focusing on T24.
• Strong command over T24 AA and Retail module including AA Account, AA Deposits, AA Lending, Customer, Account, Teller, Fund Transfer, Remittances/Draft, Term Deposits, Clearing, Limits, Collateral, GL/PL Lines Mapping,
• Minimum Bachelors in Commerce / computer Science from an HEC recognized / reputable foreign university.
• Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar environment.
