What Do Strategy Specialists Do? Oversee and manage marketing campaigns in specific channels, monitoring reach. Review and update visual and written content for consistency and strategic fit. Act as expert to direct planning and coordinate marketing across groups
Conduct gap analysis using financial data to determine institutional gaps and room for synergies between departments and between units within departments.
Conduct guided research to identify entity-level sources of competitive advantages, as well as identifying potential sources of competitive advantages.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative SWOT analysis by studying published financial data, market research, academic research/case studies, ratio analysis, etc.
Developing a model for recording and putting a definitive value to near misses.
Conduct independent financial comparisons with financials of national and international banks and neo/challenger banks and disrupting fintech’s (study equity, investments, lenders, revenue volume and streams, future projections, etc.)
Identification, monitoring and communication of shared KPIs.
3 years of relevant working experience (Audit experience preferred)
Proficiency in accounting and finance
ACCA/MS in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university
Ability and confidence to make independent judgment calls based on financial data
