• A strong record of progressively responsible, substantive end results achievement experience at the international level, including in development programming, resource mobilization and advocacy is especialy relevant,
• Experience in interagency ind International co-operation, and negotiation of partnerships are sepecially relevant. The candidates wil have have leadership roles and demonstrated his/her ebility to advocate for and support the implementation of effective solutions;
• The candidates should have in-depth knowledge of crisis response activites, managing related complex situations, interagency and intergational cooperation, negotiation of partnerships, mobilization of resources and management of programmes in orisis related areas with national, regional, international entities, including ‘the ability to Influence/edvance dialogue and present such material at global and regional fora;
• The candidates should have experiance of the UN and/or other intergovernmental institutions andinternational entities.
