To ensure sales and distribution management, liaison with internal teams and maintain customers’ relationships in local Key Accounts in the assigned area.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and management of budgets in coordination with the line management.
Evaluation and submission of trade level information to relevant teams as per requirements.
Contract negotiations and handling of day-to-day operational queries of the customers.
Day to day monitoring of assigned KPIs; ensuring delivery as per the benchmarks.
Supervision and planning of sales targets along with distribution sales team.
Coordinating with merchandising teams for monitoring and improving of store level category displays in the assigned area/channel.
Recurring analysis and understanding of category trends; planning of activities in coordination with the category teams, to improve on the market share for Nestle categories.
Monitoring distribution and trade stocks levels and coordinating with relevant teams for operational efficiencies.
Job Requirements:
Customer Management, Sales and Distribution management.
2-3 years of experience in Key Accounts and Category Management.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
