Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and integration of billing solutions
• Prepare budget plan on CAPEX and OPEX
• Monitoring of competitive offerings
• Product pricing
• Responsible for generating/documenting Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, Business Request Documents.
• Understanding, customizing and developing customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines,
• Provide input for business plans related to new ideas and solutions.
• Self-improvement trainings
• Participate in Product trainings arranged for the sales & support teams in region.
• Implement strategy to increase revenues from corporate clients.
• Inventory forecasting and allocations
• Suggesting price revisions as required
• Agreements vetting

Qualification & Experience:

• 1 – 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Professional Degree in Engineering (Computers, IT, Telecom)
